Un fiore bellissimo: l’amarillo!
Un fiore veramente particolare. Ne avevo già postato qualche foto in precedenza ma non credo di averne rimesse di foto con il blog nuovo.
E ditemi voi se non vi ricorda una festa estiva che io quest’anno mi salterò.
Amaryllis L. è un genere di piante della famiglia delle Amaryllidaceae, originario del Sudafrica. Il nome del genere deriva dal verbo greco ἀμαρύσσω (amarysso), che significa risplendere. Sono piante bulbose alte circa 70 cm, spesso confuse con il genere Hippeastrum da cui si distinguono per i fiori in numero maggiore e di dimensioni minori[3].
I numerosi ibridi hanno fiori con colori di varia tonalità.
