Fiore del cappero: in pochi lo conoscono perché si mangia prima.
Non tutti sanno o hanno mai veramente visto il fiore del cappero, il frutto salato che si usa comunemente per condire insalate o pizze, che, se non si raccoglie per tempo, diventa un fiore molto bello.
E se si lascia appassire il fiore poi ci si ritrova con il frutto vero e proprio del cappero che assomiglia ad un cetriolino e si chiama cucunco.
