Crostata con confettura.
Già qualche tempo fa avevo inserito un post simile (here) ma la foto era un po’ fuori dall’attuale standard.
Ecco fatto alla prima occasione una bella foto macro di quella fatta in casa da mia mamma.

La crostata è un dolce tipico italiano composto da una base di pasta frolla ricoperto con confettura, crema o frutta fresca, con l’aggiunta di sottili strisce di pasta frolla intrecciate. Dolci simili sono diffusi in tutta Europa.
