Scaloppine ai funghi e panna con riso.
Le scaloppine ai funghi e panna sono un piatto più tipico svizzero che della Liguria.
Scaloppine di vitello cotte con funghi (in questo caso dei banali Champignon ma se capitano i porcini…) e panna.
Un po’ di riso (non quello da risotto, mi raccomando) come contorno ed il piatto è pronto.
Una delizia.
