I funghi raccolti venerdì sono stati mangiati oggi e preparati in due modi: come sugo per le tagliatelle e fritti.

Porcino è il nome comune di alcune specie di funghi del genere Boletus, spesso attribuito, anche come denominazione merceologica, a quattro specie di boleti (la sezione Edules del genere Boletus) facenti capo al Boletus edulis e aventi caratteristiche morfologiche e organolettiche vagamente simili.
Qualche micologo è arrivato a farne dodici specie diverse, discriminando a seconda degli ambienti di nascita, gli alberi simbionti, i caratteri microscopici e macroscopici (forma, colorazione e proporzioni del corpo fruttifero). Continua su Wikipedia.
