Fatte con una fetta di patata, acciuga, ripieno (mix di uova, formaggio, pan grattato, acciughe e sapori) e ancora un’acciuga… tutto cotto al forno.

The Borzone Abbey is certainly not one of the most famous monuments in the world but it is truly a building that leaves you surprised.
Immersed in the greenery and lost in the Chiavari hinterland, the Abbey truly has a charm all its own.
