King Crab ovvero granchio reale.
Mangiato al mercato del pesce di Bergen. Non certo economico ma molto caratteristico e direi anche buono!

Il granchio reale o granchio blu (Callinectes sapidus Rathbun, 1896) è un crostaceo decapode della famiglia dei Portunidi. La specie è originaria della sponda occidentale dell’oceano Atlantico, dove vive lungo le coste dell’intero continente americano, dalla Nuova Scozia all’Argentina e spingendosi anche lungo i corsi dei fiumi, poiché è in grado di tollerare salinità inferiori al tre per mille: tramite l’acqua incamerata per zavorrare le navi, la specie è stata accidentalmente introdotta in numerose altre parti del mondo (Mare del Nord, Mar Baltico, Mar Nero, Mediterraneo, Mar Giallo).
