Ravioli with meat sauce from U Pellegrin in Romaggi.
Another post (and related photo) of a nice plate of ravioli with meat sauce. These, in particular, are from the U Pellegrin restaurant (click here for the review on Tripadvisor because I couldn't find an official site) in Romaggi in the Chivara hinterland.
I have to say that this restaurant was a wonderful discovery because the ravioli are truly, I hope no one will be offended, the best I have eaten since the old Ennio restaurant, in San Colombano Certenoli, opened.
Rating: five out of five!
