Lo chef Loris ci ha deliziati con questo bel piatto di pasta! Per la preparazione e gli ingredienti rimando allo chef che magari un giorno si deciderà a ripubblicare qualche bella ricetta.
Le triglie hanno un aspetto caratteristico ed abbastanza uniforme, con corpo piuttosto allungato ed affusolato, fronte ripida, occhi grandi, due pinne dorsali ben separate, pinna caudale forcuta.

Un bel piatto di spaghetti al ragù di carne fatto in casa.
Mancava una bella foto di un piatto di spaghetti al ragù… Ho colmato la mancanza questa sera con questo bel piatto di pasta (mangiato velocemente!). Il ragù di carne, manco a dirlo, è quello della mamma!

Vista di Portofino.
Tra le tante località rivierasche che ho fotografato negli ultimi giorni mancava senza dubbio Portofino. Ecco fatto! Oggi gita nel porticciolo e tante foto che piano piano inserirò qui. Questa è sicuramente una delle più belle in hdr. La vista del porticciolo dal sentiero che posta al castello.

Dream beaches: Fokos Beach in Mykonos.
Yet another of the most beautiful beaches in Mykonos, Greece: Fokos. It is not easy to reach and there are very few signs. The road is unpaved and there are no deckchairs or umbrellas. But it is truly heavenly and if you go there early in the morning you can even hope to be the only ones on the beach.

Passiflora L. is a genus of plants in the Passifloraceae family that includes about 465 species of perennial and annual herbaceous plants, shrubs with a climbing and liana habit, shrubs and small trees, up to 5–6 m tall, native to Central and South America, with some species from North America, Australia and Asia. The name of the genus, adopted by Linnaeus in 1753 and meaning “passion flower” (from the Latin passio = passion and flos = flower), was given to it by the Jesuit missionaries in 1610, due to the similarity of some parts of the plant with the religious symbols of the Passion of Christ: the tendrils to the whip with which he was flagellated, the three styles to the nails, the stamens to the hammer, the corolla rays to the crown of thorns.
