Spaghetti al ragù di manzo e pollo.
Trovandomi a Taipei non è certo facile trovare un pasto ordinario per me… Anche se i ristoranti italiani sono molti e ottimi.
Nessun problema comunque: è sufficiente un po di olio d’oliva, del buon macinato (ho preso manzo e pollo per farlo più ricco) e del pomodoro e voilla… Ottimo ragù! La pasta, spaghetti, si trovano ovunque ed il gioco (piatto) è fatto!!!
