Calamari impannati da friggere.
In ogni mercato di Taiwan si trovano bancarelle che fanno il calamaro, intero, fritto. Per esporre il proprio prodotto lo aprono bene, lo impannano per bene e lo infilzano con uno stecchino (che servirà poi dopo x la frittura). Dopodiché li mettono in bella mostra è già questo sarebbe sufficiente per essere fotografato.
Io che credevo poi mi dessero lo stecchino, per mangiarli a mo di spiedino, sono rimasto un po’ deluso dal fatto che una volta fritto lo tagliuzzano e te lo servono in un sacchettino. Altra cosa strana è che alla richiesta di limone mi abbiano sparso del limone in polvere sul tutto! Non sapevo nemmeno che esistesse il limone in polvere!!!
