Creme caramel fatto in casa e panna montata.
Devo dire che con il tempo è diventato uno dei miei dessert preferiti: la creme caramel con aggiunta di panna montata. Ci sarebbe voluta anche una spolverata di zucchero a velo perché fosse stato perfetto ma mi sono limitato.

La crème caramel, chiamata anche caramel custard, è un tipo di budino di origine portoghese (di qui il nome italiano, latte alla portoghese) con uno strato di caramello liquido in superficie, a differenza della crème brûlée, che è un budino con la cima di caramello duro.
