Panzerotti fatti a casa
Uno dei miei piatti preferiti: i panzerotti!
Se vi avanza un po’ di pasta della pizza è il modo migliore per approfittarne. Si fanno dei dischi, si mette dentro quello che si vuole (a me piacciono semplici semplici, solo pomodoro e mozzarella), si chiudono (sperando di farlo bene altrimenti tutto il ripieno durante la cottura si perderà tutto, oltre che imbrattare tutta la pentola) e si friggono (in questo caso in padella ma migliore è la cottura in friggitrice se a disposizione).
Si fanno cuocere qualche minuto ed ecco il piatto finito, con qualche goccia di salsa di pomodoro, a fresco, per guarnizione.
