Hamburger e uova Benedict.
Non sarà una gran ricetta (e non sarà nemmeno una gran presentazione in piatto) ma il risultato al palato non era male.
Due hamburger di fassona e uova alla Benedict (ma fatte nel microonde).
Un piatto da scapoli direte voi. Infatti me lo sono preparato nei giorni di permanenza a Genova senza avere la cucina di “mamma” a disposizione.
