Alle sagre si va sempre sul sicuro: salsiccia e patatine fritte ci sono sempre. Questa la chiamavano salamino ma è sempre la stessa cosa.
La sagra era quella dello scorso weekend a Santa Vittoria di Libiola dove, bisogna dirlo, il piatto forte sono i testaieu al pesto (che però purtroppo non ho fotografato).
