Un bel piatto di antipasti di terra misti.
Prosciutto crudo, melanzane, patate, carote, zucchine, pomodori, broccoli e, ovviamente immancabili al centro del piatto, due belle mozzarelle!
Un classico, nella cucina italiana, è sicuramente l’antipasto. Serve a far venire appetito ma alle volte è così abbondante e gustoso (come in questo caso) che in pratica hai già quasi la pancia piena prima di cominciare il pasto vero e proprio.
Qui infatti, il piatto era veramente grande ma eravamo in tre persone e lo abbiamo spazzolato velocemente prima della pizza.
