Ostriche e sale: un bel vassoio di molluschi prelibati.
Dal momento che sono un famelico di foto vi posto anche questa bella immagine di un vassoio di ostriche e sale, scattata ed inviatami dall’amico Gabriel credo dalla nave.
La particolarità però è che le ostriche sono (almeno mi sembrano) adagiate su un tappeto, ornamentale, di sale grosso.
Ostrea (nome volgare ostrica) è un genere di molluschi bivalvi dalla conchiglia tondeggiante ricoperta di lamelle squamose ondulate. Le due valve sono disuguali e quella inferiore, alla quale è ancorato l’animale, è più grande ed incavata della superiore.
