I tasted this in a restaurant in Ibiza.
The Spanish tortilla, known as tortilla de patatas, is an “omelette of beaten egg” and potatoes[1]. It is one of the most classic dishes of Spanish cuisine that can be found in any bar or restaurant. Even great chefs like Ferrán Adrià have paid special attention to it.
