Polpo alla galiziana o gallega a Ibiza.
È uno dei miei piatti preferiti il polpo alla galiziana. Se sono in Spagna e devo mangiare fuori lo prendo sempre.
Polpo bollito appoggiato su un letto di patate (anche loro bollite). Abbondante olio d’oliva ed altrettanto abbondante paprika e sale. A me piace tantissimo quasi quanto il polpo alla ligure.

Il polpo comune (Octopus vulgaris Cuvier, 1797) o piovra è un cefalopode della famiglia Octopodidae, che non deve essere confuso col polipo che invece è ad esempio l’animale (appartenente agli Cnidari) che dà origine al corallo.

Some lizards as souvenirs in Ibiza

Some lizards as souvenirs in Ibiza.
I saw and photographed these lizards as souvenirs in the alleys of the center of Ibiza some time ago.
They are made of wrought iron with colored stones. The lizards (or geckos) are put on display, along with other insects such as butterflies, on a wall on the street.
