La concha amarilla, un buon pane dolce messicano.
La concha amarilla è un tipo di pane dolce proprio tipico del Messico.
Credo che la parola concha sia normalmente usata per indicare una conchiglia. Questo tipo di pane infatti può ricordare appunto, per le sue striature, una conchiglia.
Queste le ho fotografate, appunto in Messico, in un panificio locale:

Purtroppo non riesco a scrivervi molto altro a riguardo di questo tipo di pane perché il vero pane famoso in Messico sono le tortillas… di cui vi ho già postato molte foto ed articoli.

La concha es una variedad de pan de dulce mexicano. Es llamada así por su forma parecida a la concha de mar. Contiene una capa, llamada pasta, a base de azúcar, manteca y harina en la parte superior, la cual generalmente es blanca (chocolate blanco) o café (chocolate).
