Le bunuelos de bacalao altro non sono che delle frittelle di baccalà portoghesi ma che si trovano anche in Spagna.
Io le ho trovate assieme alle tapas per un pranzo veloce.

Le crocchette di baccalà, in portoghese bolinho de bacalhau (pl. bolinhos de bacalhau) e pastéis de bacalhau, sono un piatto della cucina portoghese a base di pesce. In molte parti del paese, le crocchette di baccalà contengono anche formaggio di pecora della Serra da Estrela che contribuisce a insaporire il piatto.
