Una delle spiagge di Cavi di Lavagna.
Qualche settimana fa ero andato fino a Santa Giulia (la piccola chiesetta sopra a Cavi di Lavagna) a scattare qualche foto e quindi eccovene una che avevo tenuto da parte.
Si tratta di uno dei vari pennelli che dividono le varie spiagge di Cavi.

Secondo alcune fonti storiche l’origine del toponimo Cavi sarebbe da ricercare nella storpiatura dalla lingua ligure della parola capo o dalla più semplice “cave”, queste ultime richiamanti le antiche cave di ardesia nell’immediato entroterra.
