Uno dei piatti che puoi sempre trovare in Thailandia e’ questa insalata fatta con la papaya verde. Attenzione la papaya verde, da come ho capito, e’ lo stesso frutto succoso e colorato che, se raccolto ancora verde, ha questo aspetto e, piu’ che altro, un gusto che ricorda quasi il cetriolo.
Accompagnato da noccioline tostate, lime e cipolla.
