The church of Sant’Antonio in Sestri Levante.
The church dedicated to the Saint of Padua, Anthony, in the center of Sestri Levante.
A modern church (of which there is even a website santantoniosestri.it) which I believe belongs to the most populous parish of the coastal town.

Anthony of Padua, known in Portugal as Anthony of Lisbon (in Portuguese António de Lisboa), born Fernando Martins de Bulhões (Lisbon, 15 August 1195 – Padua, 13 June 1231), was a Portuguese religious and priest belonging to the Franciscan Order, proclaimed a saint by Pope Gregory IX in 1232 and declared a Doctor of the Church in 1946.

I refer you to the very well-kept and always updated website for the tourist promotion of my Sestri Levante: sestri-levante.net. This is the official website of the town's municipality: comune.sestri-levante.ge.it.
