Il prebuggiun (in genovese, in italiano preboggion) è una miscela di erbe spontanee tipica delle mie parti e della Liguria in particolare.
Qualche giorno fa, mio papà ne ha comprate un po’, ed oltre ai cannelloni e ai pansotti, si è preparato una bella frittatina.
