Sushi a Palma di Maiorca.
Qualche giorno fa sono andato, con alcuni colleghi, a visitare e mangiare al mercato de l”olivar a Palma di Maiorca.
Tra i vari banchi di pesce, prosciutto, frutta e street food spagnolo c’era anche questo banco che preparava e vendeva il sushi.
Siamo stati rapiti dall’ambiente e ci siamo fatti un vassoio misto (prima ovviamente di passare al cibo spagnolo).
Non era male e soprattutto non era male il bancone con sassolini e petali: molto orientale!
