Crema Catalana in Spagna.
Uno dei dolci tipici da ristorante in Italia ma originario, probabilmente, della Spagna.
Avevo gia’ un post ma la foto non era di grande qualita’.
Qualche tempo fa sono stato ad Ibiza e sono riuscito a scattare una nuova bella foto.

La Catalana è un dessert tipico della Catalogna. Si presenta come una base soffice e cremosa, sormontata da una pellicola croccante di zucchero caramellato. Questo famoso dolce al cucchiaio viene servito per tradizione il 19 marzo alla Festa di San Giuseppe e infatti viene anche chiamata “crema de Sant Josep”. Le ipotesi sulle sue origini sono molteplici e molti paesi le rivendicano.
