Una pasta cosi’ proprio non la avevo mai mangiata prima di assaggiarla in centro a Palermo.
Tagliatella fatta in casa, battuto di gambero rosso di Mazara, crudo di pistacchio di Bronte e datterino siciliano.
Erano veramente insoliti e molto buoni.
Gustati nel buon ristorante Caponata in via Vittorio Emanuele, nel capoluogo siciliano.
