Un altro delizioso piatto della cucina vietnamita gustato qualche tempo fa a Da Nang.
A dire la verità non sono un amante del granchio… cioè mi piace molto il sapore ma o è di grandi dimensioni (tipo sola o granchio gigante del Giappone) oppure è troppo faticoso da pulire e rimangono sempre piccoli pezzi di guscio o tessuto connettivo molto duro.
Non faceva da meno questo… Se poi ci mettete che era già molto piccante di suo… ne ho mangiato proprio poco, purtroppo.
