Calamaro alla griglia in Vietnam.
Uno dei piatti di pesce che si trova quasi ovunque in Vietnam è appunto questo mollusco.
Normalmente è cucinato piccante ma fortunatamente sono riuscito a farmelo fare più soft e solo con quella salsa rossastra che altro non è che fish sauce (salsa di pesce) per renderlo più gustoso.
Non era male, anche se molto semplice ed un filino duretto.

I molluschi costituiscono il secondo phylum del regno animale per numero di specie dopo gli artropodi, con oltre 110.000 specie note.
