Lumache a Hue, Oc Hut Hue.
Quando sono stato nella citta’ vietnamita di Hue, la mia compagna Dao, mi ha portato a mangiare una specialita’ locale: la lumaca.
A dire il vero le ha mangiate solamente lei: un po’ perche’ non mi ispirano certo, un po’ perche’ le cuociono con tantissima salsa piccante. Persino lei che sembra avere lo stomaco di ferro aveva le lacrime agli occhi.
Nel ristorante dove siamo andati (ristorante e’ una parola grossa…) ne servivano di tre tipi di diversa grandezza. Queste erano quelle piccole.
Gli avventori erano tutti molto soddisfatti dalla cena!
