Creme caramel in Uruguay.
Con mia grande sorpresa ho scoperto che in Sud America e’ molto diffuso questo dessert che e’ poi uno dei miei preferiti.
A dire la verità non lo chiamano come da noi ma si chiama flan (oppure flan casero oppure flan de leche).
La sostanza per fortuna mia cambia poco. Ne ho gustato uno a Buenos Aires e questo, ottimo, al mercato di Montevideo.

Cercavo qualche ricetta ma ci sono solo quelle in italiano del creme caramel oppure quelle in spagnolo ed inglese del flan. Comunque sia, solo a cercare, mi e’ venuta l’acquolina in bocca e me ne papperei uno subitissimo!
