Whale tails in Camogli.
A few weeks ago I was in Camogli and I finally managed to photograph (I say finally because until now I had only seen this shot on other people's social media) these two artistic installations.
They are made of iron mesh and were created by the set designer Elisa Gandelli (with the help of Enrica Rosso, Camilla Ruffini and Jorge Mosquera) for the 2018 edition of "San Valentino.. Innamorati a Camogli" an initiative that has been held in the town since 1988.
They represent two whale tails coming out of the water.
If you want to know more about the annual event go to the website sanvalentinoinnamoratiacamogli.it.

If you want to find some ideas or learn more about Liguria, I refer you to the Liguria Region Tourism website: lamialiguria.it. This is the institutional website of the Region: regione.liguria.it.
If you are passionate about trails I invite you to read the guide: I 50 sentieri più belli della Liguria or Sentieri sul mare. If you are passionate about mysteries and legends then I suggest these books: Liguria magica e misteriosa and also Liguria nascosta e dimenticata.
Have fun!
