C’è quasi più salame che pane in questa foto ma a me è così che piace. Un ottimo salame di maiale preparato in zona, salato ma non eccessivamente.
Molto sodo, così come piace a me. Da qualche parte ci devono già essere alcune foto, lo so, ma a me piace talmente tanto che ho deciso di riproporvene una più recente.
