L’accesso in uno dei “budelli” più nascosti del centro storico di Sestri Levante è attraverso questo vicolo ed il suo arco.
Dal carruggio sestrese bisogna passare di qui per andare al sentiero della Mandrella oppure per andare alla splendida piazzetta Bellotti (con la sua Torre dei Doganieri) e vico Macelli.
