Un bel piatto di spaghetti con il sugo di polpo.
Qualche tempo fa mi sono cimentato nella preparazione di questo piatto e devo dire che sia il sapore sia le foto mi sono riuscite decisamente bene, credo.
La salsa era proprio densa e saporita e la pasta usata era eccezionale.

Per la ricetta vi rimando al articles di Loris che l’ha scritta qualche settimana fa. Per gli spaghetti, che mi sono stati regalati da un collega, vi lascio il sito del pastificio reginadeisibillini.it.
