Polpette di patate e carne.
Uno dei miei piatti di recupero preferiti sono le polpette, quelle di mia mamma ovviamente.
Dentro ci può essere un poco di tutto ma principalmente patate, carne e prosciutto.
Ovviamente il tutto impannato e fritto.
Una delizia!
