Il sottopassaggio di via Nazionale a Sestri Levante.
Uno dei punti di maggior traffico di Sestri è questo.
Se non ricordo male quando ero bambino io il sottopassaggio, che è praticamente attaccato al torrente Gromolo, veniva spesso allagato da poca pioggia.
Poi è stato fatto un bel restauro e recentemente non ho più sentito di allagamenti in quel punto.

Nonostante l’odore nauseabondo che a volte si sentiva e il buio, l’ansia che mi assaliva tutte le volte che cominciavo a scendere quegli scalini, resta uno dei “posti “ della mia infanzia , che ricordo con nostalgia. È stato una sorta di educatore alle emozioni “paura” , “repulsione” che in pochi metri venivano superati, perché si vedeva subito la luce dell’uscita..
Quando c’era il passaggio a livello chiuso per il passaggio del treno, e magari pioveva ti prendevi la pioggia o caricati la bici sulle spalle e fare il sottopasso pedonale. Tempi della gioventù.
