Un bel e buon piatto di pasta all’uovo in questi giorni natalizi.
Veramente la foto è decisamente datata (risale a aprile o maggio) e la pasta (veramente ottima) mi era stata regalata dall’amico e collega Giulio.
Il sugo di carne, il ragù, è quello della mamma, il più buono che conosca.
Il pastificio da cui proviene la pasta è La Campofilone.
