Tagliatelle bianche e verdi al ragù di carne.
Quando a casa mia si preparano i ravioli, quelli che fa mia mamma di solito per Natale, con la pasta che avanza si preparano le tagliatelle.
Come potete vedere la pasta è un po’ bianca ed un po’ verde perché colorata dal ripieno dei ravioli.
Tagliatelle condite poi con l’altrettanto buono ragù di carne, sempre quello cucinato da mia mamma, arriviamo quasi all’apice del piacere!
