My home-made ravioli with ragù.
At my house, at least for Christmas and Easter, there is never a shortage of my mother's handmade vegetable ravioli.
Ravioli made in the Eastern Ligurian style (i.e. lean) with some wild herbs, if you can find them, and a little ricotta.
Seasoned, of course, with meat ragù (which in my house is made almost like the classic Genoese "tuccu").
