Un paio di mesi fa con il mio amico Simone siamo stati a Bologna per un weekend durante il quale abbiamo assaporato tutte le delizie che la città emiliana può offrire.
Una di queste delizie è, come avrete capito dal titolo, la lasagna alla bolognese.
Queste lasagne erano quelle fatte dalla locanda Ca’ Pelletti in centro a Bologna ed erano veramente buonissime.

Sempre buono
Mi spiace molto, ma a me le uniche lasagne che piacciono sono i “mandilli de sea cundii cu u pestu”. Invece oggi a mezzogiorno ho degustato tagliatelle di farina di castagna condite con pesto passato al mortaio; secondo piatto Fish and chips con nasello mantecato al posto del baccalà.
