A jewel in the alleys of Genoa that I discovered by chance a few months ago.
This splendid church and even more beautiful the three annexed cloisters were truly a surprise.
In addition, the visit to the complex, accompanied by a volunteer and completely free guide, was very interesting and made us delve into many aspects.
In these two shots I propose a part of the second cloister, all frescoed; in particular, in my opinion beautiful, the painting of the Annunciation.

It opens onto the second cloister and can be reached from the atrium; on the first floor is the Annunciation, a mural painting by Giusto d'Alemagna from 1451; on the vault, cross vaults with flaming leaves and tondos with Sibyls and Prophets, also dating back to the fifteenth century.
