The second skyscraper in Lavagna.
This in the photo is the second skyscraper in the city of Lavagna (I photographed the first one here).
This one is not in the center and is a little more bare aesthetically; still very tall though.
In the photo you can also notice the monumental cemetery of Lavagna and, in the distance, the grandstand of the Entella stadium in Chiavari.

A me personalmente non mi piacciono, nessuno dei due. Però i gusti non si discutono
Se mi regalassero una cantinetta ne direi tutto il bene del mondo.
Sullo Chez-Vous mi è sembrata una scelta a quei tempi di avanguardia e anche staticamente ha dimostrato una sostanziale solidità. Purtroppo stranamente oggi mi sembra gestito piuttosto male. Soprattutto non disturba il paesaggio. Sul primo grattacielo di piazza Cordeviola, fatto dopo di quello che noi chiamavamo grattacielo in corso Buenos Aires, ora di un giallo fiammante, devo dire che è stata usata una certa cura nella forma, altezza e impostazione, spesso nelle foto si abbina al campanile del Carmine, e non do un giudizio negativo. Quello di via Rezza è stato pura speculazione, è stato condonato per credo otto piani in più, e ce lo teniamo accando e più alto della collina del cimitero monumentale. Una vera schifezza paesaggistica.
A me non disturbano, nessuno dei 2, soprattutto quello in Via Rezza.
Quello in Piazza Cordeviola fa parte di Lavagna “anni 60″…
