The splendid Villa Punta Caieca in Portofino.
One of the most beautiful villas on the Riviera and almost certainly the one whose photo I am posting today.
Just before arriving in Portofino, along the road that connects the seaside village with Santa Margherita Ligure, on one of the last bends this building stands out (which is almost more of a castle than a villa).
I'm not sure but I think this is the Berlusconi family's villa.

Dal punto di vista architettonico è solo un gran minestrone, uno dei tanti minestroni realizzati in quell’epoca, con la mania di metter su torri o belvedere in cui, tra l’altro, non entrerà quasi nessuno!
