Anyone who has to go towards Santo Stefano d'Aveto must necessarily pass under this building.
To tell the truth, the building is Castello Rocca which is said to have been inhabited by the famous local bandit named Vincenzo Zenoglio dello il Crovo.

Il territorio di Mezzanego è situato nella valle Sturla vicino al torrente Sturla di Carasco, ad est di Genova.
Parte del territorio fa parte dei confini del Parco naturale regionale dell’Aveto. Ai confini amministrativi tra Borzonasca e Mezzanego, presso le pendici settentrionali del monte Zatta (1.404 m), è presente un’ampia faggeta costituita da antichi esemplari.

Vivo vicino, mi sembra che qualcuno abita lì. Ma la verità sento curiosità di sapere come è diventato con una galleria sotto, ho provato di trovare qualche informazione, ma non la ho trovato. Se qualcuno sa quanto tempo ha il castello e quanto tempo la piccola galleria ringrazio farmi sapere.
