One of the classic photos of Sestri, besides obviously the wonderful Baia del Silenzio, is the typical caruggio (the pedestrian street so typical of Ligurian villages) with its colorful houses with shops on the ground floor.

In estate, purtroppo, e’ sempre problematica la pulizia
Conosco perfettamente da almeno 40 anni Sestri , ne sono innamorata pazza. Paese meraviglioso, stupendo, fantastico
Il problema è che anche i turisti dovrebbero collaborare per mantenere la pulizia molto spesso abbandonano bottiglie , bicchieri e qualunque altra cosa con la giustificazione che non ci sono abbastanza contenitori per la spazzatura…ma se vogliamo l’ordine e la pulizia dobbiamo essere i primi a dare l’esempio!..cmq Sestri Levante è sempre bellissima da visitare
A mio parere, fatta eccezione per luglio ed agosto (quando molti lasciano la spazzatura domestica nei bidoncini che dovrebbero essere utilizzati per le piccole cose), la citta’ non e’ poi cosi’ sporca.
