The alley of Campo: an entrance to the center of Genoa
Vico del Campo: an alleyway leading to the historic center of Genoa.
The historic center of Genoa, one of the largest in Europe, is an endless mine of views to photograph.
Every time I come to the city I bring my camera with me to take as many photos as I can.
This, for example, is the small alleyway (vico) that from Via Sottoripa (the street that runs parallel to the sea from Piazza Caricamanto towards the West) leads to the famous Via del Campo.
With its sbatacchio arch on display.
