A poor cuisine, typical of country people, mountaineers and sailors, made of simple, common and cheap foods, which has however become expensive, refined and full of ancient glories. I like ravioli from North Italy, that has tomato sauce. In center of Italy I had tried few times but without tomato sauce that made taste very different. Anyways i like ravioli!
