Sestri Levante seen from Mandrella

Sestri Levante seen from Mandrella.
Today I was on Mandrella and walked with the dog to Punta Manara.
You will say: great effort! But the first bit, going up from San Bartolomeo, is no joke.
In any case the photos from up there come out wonderfully, obviously because the view is exceptional!
And if you are close to sunset the colors are truly exceptional!

I'll add a couple of things:

  • I thank Cri again for agreeing to write here… living together can be annoying now that everywhere, in a couple of clicks, you can make your own decent blog. You'll see that we'll continue to have fun.
  • if we both post a couple of times a day I think I'll have to leave a few more per page otherwise my friends won't find the ones they replied to (eh, eh, eh!)
  • Happy April 25th to all. We will spend it, as tradition, in Sant’Olcese… obviously in the next few days the photos will arrive!

Un bel piatto di pasta, i fusilli, al ragù di carne.
Un’altra specialità di casa mia: il ragù di carne di mia mamma.
Questa volta è il condimento dei fusilli… fantastici.
So che qualcuno dei miei visitatori non apprezza poi più di tanto queste immagini però a me piacciono molto e poi, se so di riuscire a far venire l’acquolina in bocca a qualche passante, sono a posto così!!!

Non avendo a disposizione un grandangolo mi sono dovuto adattare incollando tre foto diverse ma il risultato non sembratroppo male…

Via Venti Settembre nel centro di Genova

Via Venti Settembre nel centro di Genova.
Dopo aver svolto velocemente i miei compiti universitari ho dedicato un po’ del mio tempo a fare qualche scatto a Genova.
I vicoli… non mi piace andarli a fotografare da solo, non si sa mai; così, dopo aver rinunciato (per pigrizia) ad andare sul Righi a fare due panoramiche, mi sono diretto in centro. Sono salito sul Ponte Monumentale ed ho iniziato a scattare lungo la strada che porta (ma forse fa già parte) a Castelletto.

Il primo scatto (che ho messo in bianco e nero per cercare di rendere la foto un pochino più particolare) è una via XX dall’alto. La frenesia della gente che la affolla in orario lavorativo è ben visibile!!!

Polpi appesi a Mykonos.
Ho un sacco di immagini che erano pubblicate qui sul blog che però, quando sono migrato a wordpress, sono rimaste in un “cassetto”.
Questa è una di quelle.
Sono dei polpi, fotografati nell’isola greca di Mykonos, stesi ad essicare al sole.
Mi piaceva molto e ve la ripropongo qui.

Una foto bellissima di alcuni fiori rosa.
Fiori rosa… ma non fiori di pesco.
Ora come al solito ci sarà qualcuno che mi prende in giro perchè metto troppe foto di fiori però per uno armato di macchina fotografica un bel bocciolo colorato è sempre un bel soggetto.
E poi non è certo fotografando carri armati e fucili che si dimostra virilità, o no?
Poi… ognuno la può pensare come vuole ed io continuerò a postare, quando ne farò, foto di fiori.

A dish of stewed chicken with rice.
This is one of the dishes that I like the most.
Stewed chicken with olives and a side of rice. It is very easy to make but I always find it ready and I could not describe the recipe very well... if anyone wants, however, I could find out.

La Tanzania, formalmente Repubblica Unita di Tanzania, è uno Stato dell’Africa orientale. Confina a nord con Kenya e Uganda, a ovest con Ruanda, Burundi e Repubblica Democratica del Congo, e a sud con Zambia, Malawi e Mozambico. A est è bagnata dall’oceano Indiano. Dar es Salaam è la città più grande ed è stata la capitale fino agli anni settanta. Il trasferimento delle funzioni amministrative nella nuova capitale è avvenuto designando Dodoma, posta nel centro della Tanzania, tuttavia non è stato ancora completato.
